At Amazon Flex, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All fashion items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Amazon Flex account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and accessories are included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
